Castle Rock: between two falls
Description
Stream sounds recorded in Castle Rock State Park, California, on the Saratoga Gap Trail just above the Ridge Trail fork, not far from the park entrance. 25 January, 2016. After significant rainfall, the creeks were much more active than they had been for a while. Recording setup was ORTF, positioned at the edge of the streams, using two Sennheiser MKH8040s, into a Roland R-26 recorder. High frequencies have been boosted to compensate for the windshields used.
