Here, along this river the Maas, on a Sunday morning it is quiet.
A sheep and a great spotted woodpecker indicating it’s territory. The dog and the roosters are also heard. Far a trains rush along the steel bridge to the city. Church bells in the surrounding villages, one later than the others, indicate the right time. Cows want to be milked. Crows and rooks always scratch here. It will be the first warm spring day.
