Description

In this extended clip we hear radio operators from Europe, Australia and the United States exchange greetings with an American radio operator on the East coast of the Atlantic seaboard as the propagation expands at the end of a day in February. At times the recording contains difficult to hear electronic voices because of static and adjacent conversations on nearby frequencies, the latter of which sounding similar to the electronic voices used in Star Wars.
