By request, the raw recording from a Mid/Side setup. Left channel is from a shotgun microphone (MKH60) pointed at an egg timer, and the right channel is from a figure-8 mic (MKH30) getting street ambiance from my balcony. When decoded, this file will yield a 'regular' stereo sample (see the companion file 20170423_decoded.midside.wav). Gear used, Sennheiser MKH 60 + MKH 30 into Shure FP24 preamp, and Tascam DR-60D MkII recorder.
