I've recorded myself crushing a cereals bar's packaging. I've added tremolo at 4hz and changed the tempo from 3.65/s to 3.50/s. I've used the bass&treble effect : the bass is at -23.0 dB and the treble is at -3.0 dB. I've added some reverb with 74% depreciation, 5% reverb, 20% treble and 100% bass. I wanted my sound to sound like someone walking on snow or gravel, it's up to how you interpret it.
