Afternoon spring river ambiance in The Netherlands. <a href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Maas_bij_Bokhoven_2.jpg" rel="nofollow"><img alt="Maas bij Bokhoven 2" src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/09/Maas_bij_Bokhoven_2.jpg/512px-Maas_bij_Bokhoven_2.jpg"></a> Even though the corona pandemic is rife, people go out because the weather is nice. Here and there families sit by and walk along the river. You hear the children screaming with pleasure. Boat owners sail back and forth on the water and on the other side of the river bicycles, motorcycles, cars and mopeds drive on the dike road. People walk their dogs. The microphone is on a stone crib. When the wind picks up you can hear a barbed wire tapping against a buoy pole quickly. A reed also taps against the same pole (see photo, the pole is next to the dead cat). When a boat has passed, the waves crash against it. When you close your eyes you can feel the sun on your skin. There are many birds to see and hear: oystercatcher, mallard, crow, Canada goose, Egyptian goose, grebe, starling and greylag goose. At four and five o'clock you hear the church of the village of Ammerzode, which is located on the other side of the river. A nice detail; After 28 minutes, the farmer comes to call his cows to be helped into the barn. In two minutes, the last animal that was dreaming in the river is also on its way.
