Романовская горка
Description
According to one version, somewhere on this hill in 1918, Grand Duke Mikhail Romanov and his secretary B. Johnson were shot. A cross was erected in memory of the dead, and in 1998 a church-chapel was founded. Now this hill separates two districts - Ordzhonikidzevsky and Motovilikhinsky, between which the Yazovaya River flows. At the entrance from Motovilikha, we are greeted by letters similar to Hollywood ones. A rather interesting view opens from here - in the distance you can see the curved line of the forest and a little Kama, and below it stretches penal colony No. 29 - a kind of quintessence of Russian life.
