The sound came from cars idle in front of the crosswalk, then eventually move due to a green light. You won't hear much initially since the cars are stopping - though later on, there'll be clear sound of a car passing through with normal speed; There's a little sound of steps from pedestrians. Located in Tampere, Finland. This was recorded with Iphone X (2017), Apple, MEMS microphones.
