On top of the Hawaii State Capitol Building with lots of water run-off and rain. I was standing fully under the covered lanai where rain was draining from the roof to the concrete floor. <strong>This is my recording of nature's sounds, which I believe should be accessible to all and have therefore dedicated it to the public domain.
