Another cutting sound effect with a different pair of Scissors. Could come in handy for the right project.
It only has been edited to remove background noise of either side of clip and also volume was amplified by 10db overall due to a quiet recording. Helps to say if you need to quit down or rise volume you know where the baseline is.
Free to use as you see fit.
