Over the years, whenever I hear an owl outside, I have a habit of trying to record it. This pack is a random collection of these field recordings, some clear some dirty. Almost all barred owls. This one is a barred owl, recorded Sep 9, 2019 on an iPhone. There are a few other sounds layered on top: most notably crickets and some leftover rain dripping, but there's also a very distant train horn.
