Thunderstorm arriving over the suburbs.
I made this recording from my balcony, located in Nanterre (suburbs of Paris, France), during a hot evening of June, while a thunderstorm arrived over the suburbs.
First, one can hear the calm atmosphere of the suburban area, with some distant voices, some noises from the surroundings, some vehicles passing by in the street, some drops of rain, and thunder from time to time.
Starting at #5:00, the rain increases progressively, to become relatively heavy, and thunder continues striking at times.
Recorded in June 2025 with a Zoom H5studio (built-in XY microphones).
