This Amplitube 5 setup is how I created that riff. I'm running my guitar through a high-gain "Brutal Tube Lead?" amp model for its raw, distorted tone. The signal chain includes additional drive from an early pedal and I've layered in a delay effect from the "Delay" section, adding depth and atmosphere to the riff's aggressive sound.
