For this sound that I called "leakage", I decided to play with the noise to make it get closer and then away. At the beginning of the recording, we hear a fairly quiet background noise and then gradually, this noise gets closer and louder to finally move away to form an echo. When I downloaded this sound, initially it was a notebook noise that I dragged on the table in class. However when I listened to the sound and wanted to handle it on audacity, I found it interesting to keep the background noises that were undesirable at first. So I played with these original background noises and hijacked them. When I opened audacity, the first thing I did was turn up the volume because we couldn't hear much. Then I used the "repeat" effect in order to play with the same sound and modify it as I went. For the first part I kept the originalsong, the second I added a 'vocoder' effect and for the last one I cut it at the end and add an 'echo' and repeat it with an 'fade in closing' effect. Then I mixed all to normalize it.
