WAVSTOCK is an online marketplace for audio content including sounds, samples, music tracks, and beats. Users may browse, stream previews, purchase, and download audio content subject to the applicable license terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued only at our discretion in cases of technical issues preventing download.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

All audio content downloaded from WAVSTOCK is subject to the license under which it was acquired. See our Licensing page for full details. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of downloaded content is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Redistributing or reselling audio files obtained from the Platform.
• Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
• Attempting to circumvent download limits or access controls.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties.
• Using content in any unlawful or defamatory manner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are the property of WAVSTOCK or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property beyond the specific license rights purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

WAVSTOCK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use downloaded content remains valid for content acquired under a valid license before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
